This blog is a means to keep our extended family in the United States abreast of happenings in our family as we explore Europe. The blog also doubles as a journaling tool for me as I strive to keep pace with our little ones while balancing other facets of my life. Thank you for taking the time to read about our lives and adventures!
Our Christmas holiday was spent together and included an evening out with friends. Christmas Eve, a friend of ours was brave enough to host several families at her home to put on a nativity play, make crafts and have dinner. Bop played the part of Joseph, Log a wise man and Littlest an angel. Bop was our costume manager and used her creative skills to work with materials at hand.
Our angel got into the hors d'oeuvres!
Littlest ate quite a few of the embellishments meant for her gingerbread house.

The kiddos (the girls mainly) were up and down half the night and woke for good at 0830. We had a relaxing day prior to our floor catching fire after a log snapped scattering cinders with it. It was a wonderful holiday.
